We are currently reaching out to potential tenants for this plaza and looking to sign leases by the summer 2019. The plaza will be 16,000 square feet of leasable space and will be situated on approx. 7 acres of land. The plaza will hold between 6 – 8 units. The sizes of each unit are explained below. We are open to discussions on sizing and type of unit so if there is something you do not see below and want to inquire please do so. A future Phase 2 (another building) will occur when municipal waste water becomes available. Base rent for the leasable space is $18 per square foot plus taxes, maintenance and insurance (TMI). Currently looking for owner/operator. Options for this larger space may include but are not limited to pharmacy, fresh food market and so forth that complement the Horseshoe Valley area.

Currently looking for an owner/operator with option to serve coffee, food, juices and light snacks with a seating capacity of 10 - 20. There is ample room for out door seating on the community based terrace.
